
A senior contract administrator, Frederick Toca Jr. held multiple positions with the city of Atlanta from 2015 to 2019. Frederick Toca Jr. served as a senior contract administrator and senior policy adviser for the City of Atlanta Parking Program, where he led a team charged with negotiating major public works contracts, including the most lucrative parking contract, which was valued at $15 million. He also assisted with the design of a permitting system for commercial and residential loading zones.
Frederick Toca Jr. originally joined the city of Atlanta as a contract administrator for the Renew Atlanta Bond Program, which was valued at $250 million. This required handling all activities related to contract administration for the city’s bridges, roads, and other transportation needs. He also served as a senior research and writing consultant for Toca, Entp., from 2011 to 2015. His work there focused on writing and research for asbestos and toxic tort litigation for a variety of high-profile companies, including Oakfabco and Ford Motor Co.
Mr. Toca also practiced law in Michigan for several years. During this time, he represented the 13 nephews and nieces of Rosa Parks. His work was covered by the New York Times and other media outlets.
